this little cutie got chased over to the deck at my house where i was sitting, by another hummingbird, and it landed and just sat there. on the deck. the other one hovered for a moment then zoomed off. me and my housemate sat there and got like a yard away and it still just sat there. i’ve never seen a hummingbird so still like that, ever.
