first homemade iced americano of the year. and first ever with my new espresso machine. that crema makes it extra delicious. yum.

broken after just a year and a half or so. I’m ready to move up to a higher quality espresso machine, one that won’t fall apart this fast.
put some cardomom and cloves in with the coffee in a stove-top espresso pot. this time you can see i’m also experimenting with another spice: peppermint. results are inconclusive so far, but the cardomom and cloves are definitely great.
