Cars waiting in line to cross into Nogales, Arizona, U.S.

I wish I could have stopped, gotten out of the car, and taken a really good shot of this mural. This is by famous muralists who have done a bunch of stuff in Nogales, Alberto Morackis and Guadalupe Serrano.

A famous olympic runner, Ana Guevara, from Sonora, is a Nogales local hero. Here she is depicted running with deer, which are a Nogales symbol.

Some older Infonavit housing. Usually too expensive and corrupt for really low-income people to get.

Infonavit houses, in the south side of Nogales, which are difficult for truly poor people to get into, and which involve lots of corruption. They also always look totally ugly and soulless, to my eyes.

Mexican lower-income housing projects are called Infonavit. The rows of identical structures off to the left is an example. To the right, a factory.
