i should look at The Plague again. I read it for an AP English class in high school, voluntarily (i chose it, cuz I thought Camus was cool), but found it, as i recall, so depressing I almost couldn't finish it. Of Camus, I liked The Stranger better. but a friend has read it 5 times and takes "comfort" in it, so i should look again.
