What a hilarious book. I was laughing out loud a lot while reading this. But it's also a quite profound book as well. Hely is such an excellent parodist of bad writing and great at skewering a lot that's wrong with the world of current fiction these days. But he manages to make his character not just a cynical asshole but someone who really learns his lesson and figures something out about life and the world.



If you like reading good books and hating bad ones and laughing about it all, this is highly recommended to you.
