Despite a lot of the jaded moaning from the literary set, I think Foer is a really talented young writer and this is a very moving, innovative, and fascinating novel. The fact that he was only 25 or so when he wrote it is just amazing and makes me look forward to seeing more excellent work as he continues his career ( i want to reading his 2nd novel very soon).
